QUICK, HEALTHY SCHOOL LUNCH IDEAS FOR BUSY MOMS

2. VEGGIE BEANS PASTA + Avomix Smoothie + Fruits

Veggie Beans Pasta Recipe:

You will need: Augustsecrets Veggie Beans (Get here http://www.augustsecrets.com/contact/)

1 cup Pasta, green peas, peppers; tomatoes, salt, oil

METHOD:

1. Parboil pasta & drain

2. Place a pan on heat, dissolve 2 tablespoons Veggie Beans in water & pour into the oil, add the pasta, salt & seasoning and cover to cook for 5 minutes

3. Add the Veggies and Chicken or Beef for that extra kick.

AVOMIX SMOOTHIE RECIPE:

This smoothie could be packed frozen to school or taken at dinner. It is a great weight gain meal for Picky Eaters too.

1 handful avocado, 1 banana, 1 cup Yogurt

METHOD: Cook Mixagrain for 2 minutes by dissolving in water.

Allow to cool and blend with all other ingredients. Serve.
