Here are 5 quick healthy recipes you can try. They come in handly and the kids can have them as finger foods alongside breastfeeding, milk, yoghurts for the older children.
1. GREEN PEAS, SCRAMBLED EGGS, CARROTS:
This is a suitable meal which serves as a great iron-rich complementary food and solids for your baby from 6 months.
You may steam carrots & green peas or make as separate meals and blend or mash for your baby.

2. APPLE BEANS PANCAKES:
Have you tried to grate some apples with a mix of Veggie Beans for your child?
If no, then you need to quickly try this now. This finger food is suitable from 7 months.
Grate 1 apple + 2 tablespoons Augustsecrets Veggie Beans + 1 egg + Salt.
Mix together and pan fry till brown.

You can hardly ever go wrong with Chicken puffpuff. Many children love it. The chicken breasts and Augustsecrets Fish powder are a great source of proteins, iron and Vitamin D.
The chicken breasts need not be boiled before use.
Simply blend all ingredients together and mould into puffs and fry.
These are suitable from 9 months. A pinch of salt may be added for children above 12 months.
